Website will be updated TWICE monthly.  Once after meetings (both general and board) and once right before next meeting.  Old "front pages" may be referenced on the Webpage Archives page.

E-Newsletter will be sent out ONCE monthly.  Usually the weekend before the next general meeting.  Deadline for e-newsletter will be the FRIDAY before the next meeting.  

If you have time sensitive material you wish to share with the membership, please refer to the Membership Directory page for email addresses and phone numbers for all members so you may contact the OMTA members directly.   I will only be sending out ONE e-newsletter per month so that may not be often enough for time-sensitive material/announcements.
